“Arrived came from Lviv: 45 wagons with 6700 Jews, of whom 1,450 were already dead. The train stopped. Two hundred Ukrainians moved away the doors and, banging by leather whip, ran out Jews from wagons. Subsequent orders were passing through a megaphone: undress completely, including dentures, glasses, etc., give away valuables, tie shoes thoroughly. Women and girls were sent then to the barber, who with two-three movements was cutting the hair and threw it to potato sacks. Then the procession started. In the front – a young girl, pretty as a picture. So all walked naked, men, women and children. Mothers with babies on their hands slowly entered the gas chambers.”
